Thanks to everyone’s generous support and enthusiasm, we have successfully concluded our 2014 Year End Charity Drive.
We would like to give special thanks to JCCSC members, Southern California Gardeners’ Federation, Orange County Japanese American Association, Showa Kai, Nikkei Active Life Club, Nishiyamato and the Japanese Women’s Society for volunteering for 2 entire weekends to raise funds for such important causes.

This year, we have donated the funds we have raised to the Japan Disaster Fund through the Consul General’s office and to the Little Tokyo Nutrition Services that provides meals to the older community at low cost.

The Kick Off Ceremony that was held on December 6th was a huge success! The ceremony started off with an amazing taiko performance by Yoki Daiko. We were also blessed with the presence of amazing personnel such as the Consul General Harry Horinouchi, the Nisei Week Court and supporting organizations.
