On Tuesday, September 29th, representatives from US Bankcard Services held a business seminar to discuss EMV chips that are newly implemented on credit cards. Participants were informed that starting October 1, 2015, merchants without EMV chip credit card terminals and individuals without the EMV chip credit card will have liability issues if a conflict arises. Among the participants were small business owners, bankers and accountants and all were very thankful for the valuable information US Bankcard Services provided.
