JCCSC members and guests listened avidly to Judi Jacobs, a technology coach and consultant, as she presented at the July 7 Business Seminar on “Understanding Your Smartphone” at the JCCSC Conference Room. The content of the presentation was generated by pre-seminar questions from the attendees. Ms. Jacobs gave basic troubleshooting advice and hints on how to better utilize messaging and cameras. Many members were interested in cloud storage providers as well as the explanation of the app, Evernote, and how it could enhance their use of their telephone for business. A number of handouts were distributed, and the attendees had the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. Japanese translation was provided. |
